RETURN POLICY

We value building trust between the Buyers and the Sellers. Since we work with Sellers and delivery partners across the country, who go out of their way to get the Product to you in the best condition and in the quickest possible time, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned. Please note that most products are preowned and slight wear and tear must be accepted and taken in the stride. Any conflicts due to change of mind, standard company size, slight colour mismatch, etc. will not be entertained.

However, if the product has any MAJOR defect which makes the product unusable, then a return request may be placed by the buyer by sharing an unboxing video of the product highlighting the defect within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please note, a recreated video of unboxing will NOT be entertained. So please shoot videos of the original packages on receipt, clearly showing the opening and unboxing of the product and the damage found. Any requests regarding return and refund placed after 24 hours of product delivery, will not be entertained.

In case of self pick up, please check the product throughly while picking up itself. In case you are unsatisfied with the condition, please refuse acceptance at the time of pick up itself. In case of self arranged courier pick up, please ask the seller to share a video of the product beforehand while coordinating the delivery. Please note that Kiasha’s MTL Private Limited or the Seller will not be responsible for any damages in transit due to negligence of the courier service appointed by you and any claims regarding the same will have to be directed towards them. No refund / return requests will be accepted in such cases.

Kiasha’s MTL Private Limited retains the right to charge return and refund charges depending on the individual cases.

Please note, although, Kiasha’s MTL Private Limited does not provide any guarantees or warranty for any of the products or services available on the page, in case of defect, we will surely try and help you to take up the issue and find a feasible solution. Once a return is accepted, please ensure that you repack it in the original packaging and the product is sent back in the exact same condition. Your refund will be initiated once the product reaches back.

The Buyer may not dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding returns and refunds.
